Premier Savings

Designed for both individuals and businesses, Premier Savings allows you to earn twice the interest you may be earning at another bank and easy access to your money when you need it.

Round up to Save

  • Each time you use your VISA® CheckCard, we'll round up your purchase to the next dollar and transfer the excess amount automatically into your SCBT Savings Account.*

Health Savings Account

The HSA is a savings account that allows individuals to pay for qualified medical expenses like prescriptions, co-pays, dental care, eye care and more. Contributions made to the HSA account earn interest and may help you save on taxes.5 HSA funds may be accessed at any time with an HSA VISA® CheckCard or checks.

Minor Savings Account

An account for individuals under the age of 18 that earns interest and is opened by a parent or guardian.

  • Quarterly statement
  • Withdrawals/transfers via in branch only by parent or guardian on account

Christmas Club Account

Plan ahead and avoid the stress of holiday shopping by saving all year for gifts.

  • Earns interest
  • Choose the amount you want transferred from SCBT savings or checking account weekly, bi-weekly or monthly into your Christmas Club Account
  • On first business day of November, account balance plus interest automatically transfers into a SCBT savings or checking account

Market Rate Checking

Earn money market interest rates while enjoying convenient access to your account.7

  • $1,000 minimum opening balance

Premium Money Market

Maintain a higher balance and enjoy convenient account access and higher interest rates than standard Market Rate Checking.7

CDs

CDs (Certificates of Deposit) can play a central role in your overall savings plan, as interest does not change over the term of the CD. Based on your needs, SCBT has competitive rates and terms and an automatic renewal option for your convenience.
