South Carolina Bank and Trust

Personal Banking

mother and daughter We believe that all banking is personal.  You need a bank that understands your personal financial goals, a bank that takes time to know your unique family and career objectives.  A bank that can help you with whatever you need - whether it be checking, savings, loans or investments.

No two customers are alike.

Personal Banking at SCBT is about serving customers and helping them meet their financial needs.  Whether it's a checking or savings account, a home or car loan, or help with retirement planning, our personal bankers have the knowledge and experience to provide unique and personal attention to each and every one of our customers.

Your interests are our interests, and your successes are our successes.  That's what community banking should be.  That's what we believe.

NOTICE OF CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.  What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
